If your not one of my personal friends then your probably wondering who is this mysterious chenu person.
Well in this short post (book) I will attempt to show myself in the best way I can using text.

My actual name is Chenu(ra) Jayewickreme and I’m a resident of Naperville, Illinois. I was born in the Island nation of Sri Lanka, which is located below India in Asia. I migrated to the U.S. in 1999 because my mom was a proud reciepient of the Green Card Lottery. I’m currently enrolled at Naperville North High School as a Freshmen. Finally, I am a runner, a student, a photographer, and a calm and humble person.
As a runner, I compete in Track and Field and am developing the conditioning needed to compete in Cross Country. As a Track runner I compete in the 400M, 800M and 4×400M relay. My interest for track comes from a long tradition of runners in my family. I believe that I do have some talent in the field but most of my acheivements come from my year long conditioning. A long term goal based on this event is to run the Chicago Marathon and finish it.
My work as a student has helped me to truly shine in my school environment. Over the next 4 years in my high school career I hope to work toward a high SAT and ACT score. This along with my grades and athletic abilities should help guide me to a good college. For starters I am interested in attending either MIT, Massachusetts Institute of Technology, or CALTECH, California Institute of Technology.
A hobby of mine has been photography and over the last couple years I’ve really learned to cultivate my talent in the field. I work purely on a digital medium and do complement my work with editing. My equipment consists of a pretty basic Sony digital camera and a couple memory sticks. I enjoy taking pictures of almost anything yet I enjoy shooting sports the most.
Lastly I pride myself on being calm and cool at even the most desperate of times. Although this can be a disadvantage at times it has helped me all throughout my life.
